Traveling to the Japan, China, and Thailand, I have been fascinated with Asian art and the many impressive bronze statues of Buddha. This is my interpretation of the many Buddhas I have seen. I love texture and color and have tried to capture that in this mixed media painting on 140 lb. Arches paper.
It is watercolor with watercolor pens in iridescent colors and gold and bronze.
